Matt Eller - Founded the company in
2003 and serves as Chief Executive Officer.
He has 15 years of successful company startup
experience, and founded Eller Enterprises,
where he is the Principal Owner and CEO.
The company includes a number of profitable
real-estate developments, property management
and mortgage companies. Mr. Eller has
managed business partnerships with manufacturers
and venture capital firms. He is a
general aviation pilot.
Greg Powers - Joined the company in
January 2005, and serves as President and
Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Powers managed large organizations
in international business development,
sales, and marketing at Teradyne, Inc.
from 1990 to 1996 and again from 2000
through 2004. Mr. Powers was Director of
Sales & Marketing at BAE Systems from
1997-1998. From 1998-2000, he served as
Vice President of Operations at aerospace
start-up Explorer Consulting. Mr. Powers
gained venture capital and finance experience
at Merrill Lynch. He served as a US
Naval Officer from 1985 to 1990.
Guido Pessotti - President and Chief
Engineer of Eviation Jets Brazil. He has been
with the company since 2004. He is responsible
for Vantage Jet certification and managing
the aerospace engineering team. He has
35 years of aircraft design and certification
experience with Embraer as the founding
Technical Director and former President. He
served as Embraer's main designer from
1969 until 1992. Mr. Pessotti has designed
and certified 15 different jet aircraft and was
responsible for the development of projects
such as the Toucan, Super Toucan, Brasilia,
Ipanema, Xingu, Bandeirantes, EMB-145
and many other aircraft types. Mr. Pessotti
is known around the world in aviation and
is the design and aerodynamic expert of
the project to ensure smooth flight-testing
in certification.
